THE BUCKET LIST

Inspired by my delightful friend Fi (of Faded Rose Vintage fame), D and I decided to write a "bucket list" - not, I hasten to add, because we are intending shuffling off this mortal coil anytime soon, but just because it seemed like a brilliant idea to list out things we REALLY wanted to do/achieve, and allowing ourselves plenty of time to achieve them.  Fi and Mark bought themselves a VW camper because of their list, which has turned out to be life-changing for them - and we want some of that!

Since we had a two week holiday in Italy coming up, we decided that that would be the ideal time to write our lists - plenty of thinking and relaxing and chilling and beautiful, thought provoking views (and prosecco) would surely mean we would produce the BEST bucket lists ever?  Well thought out, detailed and precise - almost a road map for our future?

We duly ensured that we packed notebooks and pens, enough for several lists and several lifetimes.....

Did we write those lists?  Errrrrr - no!  We discussed our lists, we touched on what might go on our lists, we (occasionally) argued about what the lists should have on them; we procrastinated, we reviewed, we drank prosecco... to date not a single word has been committed to paper....

We still think it's a great idea though, and will I'm sure get round to it - I've added it to my list of things to do.....
